systems interface with all kinds of forklifts — from standard
counterbalance to narrow-aisle and straddle trucks — and with
pick-to-belt and other automation. Accessories include aftermarket safety bars,
wire-mesh decks and rack guards.
Wire-Mesh Decks are a clean, safe alternative to plywood or particle board
decks. No tools are required, for ease of installation, and these decks provide
better hygiene and easier load identification. Concept’s Wire-Mesh Decks
are manufactured of galvanized or painted steel and improve safety and
housekeeping wherever they are installed.
Mezzanines
are another specialty area of Concept Storage Solutions. They help you maximize
the total cube area of your facility as an alternative to a costly building
addition or even as an
alternative to moving premises. Mezzanines make use of vertical space
which would otherwise go unused. You can convert the space into usable storage,
production or office area at a fraction of the cost of new construction.
Concept’s mezzanines are totally modular so can easily be altered or
moved as circumstances change.
